New and more Powerful Zon Lab Blast Service
This web server allows searches against nucleotide sequences in zebrafish and some other genome.
Select a Database :
New Zebrafish assembly 'Zv8' (from Sanger center, UK) was Added on March 2009, including 14,546 sequences and 1,480,948,995 total letters in that DB.

It will take about 30 minuets to complete. Do not send multiple BLAST requests at the same time because the "Homo Sapiens Est" DB is very large (6,206,078 sequences; 5,900,432,638 total letters). Try to limit one such search in every 30 minutes.

 Select Blast Method :

Please do not click 'Submit' too frequently (try to limit one such search in every 10 minutes), when you Blast the Sanger's database!

Sanger Center Conditions of Data Release:
These data are made available before scientific publication with the following understanding:
1. The data may be freely downloaded, used in analyses, and repackaged in databases.
2. Users are free to use the data in scientific papers analyzing particular genes and regions, provided that the Centers are properly acknowledged.
3. The Centers producing the data reserve the right to publish the initial large-scale analyses of the dataset-including large-scale identification of regions of evolutionary conservation and large-scale genomic assembly. Large-scale refers to regions with size on the order of a chromosome (that is, 30 Mb or more).
4. Any redistribution of the data should carry this notice.
